Woodland Hills Custom Basement

Our returning client in Woodland Hills asked us to come in and assist in the finishing of their massive unfinished basement. This client needed guidance in how to arrange the space, not only for the efficiency of their home, but for the functionality of the space. We dedicated a French door enclosed room that was designed specifically for our client's sewing room. She is a long-time quilter and this room was at the top of the "Must - Have List." The wetbar features WF Cabinetry, in the Avenue Door Style with a Caviar black finish. Their wet-bar includes a built-in wine rack, wine bar and drink cooler, a double garbage can, and crown molding. The most show-stopping part of this remodel is the brilliant Calcatta Rocky Quartz countertops that feature a full-size backsplash, and an 8-foot bar top in the entertainment section. Our client loves to entertain, and this basement is taking their parties to the next level, literally.

The Peninsula Project

Our client in Lakewood came to us with a closed in, and tight kitchen. She did not like how the kitchen did not open to the rest of the house, and her wish was to be able to enjoy the process of cooking with her loved ones. We accomplished this by rearranging the peninsula that was splitting the room in half. We took out the peninsula, we moved the plumbing for the sink and dishwasher to the outside wall, opened up the kitchen to the dining room, and added a beautifully wrapped custom island. This kitchen features WF Cabinetry, constructed in the heart of Alabama, in the classic Chiswick Shaker Door style and Polar White finish. The countertops are Arva White by Surfaces By Pacific, a woman owned stone supplier. With Brushed Gold hardware, and Picket Backsplash tile, this Penninsula to Island conversion was nothing short of a success!
